At Inspire Trader, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return—no hassle, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations as long as the product has not been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund. However, if the item has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. For more information on our shipping timelines, refer to our Shipping Policy.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at inspiretraderllc@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
• Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through our store.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is caused by customer preference: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The fee will depend on the shipping company you choose.
• If the return is due to an error on our part: For example, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs.
There are no restocking fees, and customers will only be charged once for shipping (including returns).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We understand the frustration of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us immediately if you notice any issues. We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation and make things right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend first processing your return. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, you are eligible for a full refund, as mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
• No Delivery in 30 Days: If your order isn’t delivered within 30 days of shipment, you may request a full refund.
